Before I post my day 10 photo, I would like to remind you that I will not be posting my photo-a-day on this home page anymore from tomorrow. I am having a difficult time posting it on this page daily, which will take up my posts about other stuff. It will be at my Project365 page. You can see the tab just below my blog header. So, if you wanna view them on a daily basis or whenever you pop in, just click on Project365 page ok? Thank you! 🙂
So, I was out and about with my family today and we happened to make our way to see the Merlion. While walking towards the Merlion from Esplanade on the bridge, I stopped and took a picture of Fullerton Hotel with the skyscrapers as the backdrop. Despite the sun flaring into my lens, I went ahead with the shot and love the effect of the over-exposed shot.
Details: Canon EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 lens, focal length~28mm, f-stop~f/4, exposure~1/4000sec, ISO800, Exposure +0.3, Aperture Priority, Partial Metering Mode, minor PS editing on contrast & hue.
Here are a couple more shots to share with you, with an added touch with PS. 🙂
Look at how the sun rays were peeking out from behind the clouds. When I saw this, I knew I had to take this amazing shot to share with you.
I took this shot from across Esplanade with my Tokina wide angle lens.
P/S I just realized that there are some dirt on my lens, hence the spots on my photos. Need to get it cleaned soon.
Well, going back to work again tomorrow. Wish the weekend didn’t go by so fast.
Hope you’ve had a great weekend.
