Here’s my photo for day 2, taken in the comfort of my own home.
Details: Canon EF28-135mm lens, focal length~115mm, f-stop~f/5.6, exposure~1/25sec, ISO400, Aperture Priority, no flash, minor PS editing on contrast.
I bought these buttons months before and store them in a jar which I got from Ikea. I displayed the jar right in front of my scrap table where the buttons are in plain sight and I have no excuse not to use them. 😀
Sometimes you’ll be amazed at the things you would find around your home. Just open your eyes and observe your surroundings and there will be lots of pictures you could snap. Try doing it today.
There’s another project which I wanna share today is a commissioned work for a guy, JW, who emailed me a week before Christmas after he found my work at MWL website. He wanted me to create something to attach a letter of marriage proposal to his girlfriend! Isn’t he the sweetest? It was meant to be a surprise for his darling on Christmas day and I do hope she love what I’ve made for them. 🙂
I made a clear album using their pictures taken together for the past few years. This was what he wanted, reminiscing their time together and ends up with a marriage proposal letter in an envelope I made at the last page of the album as the surprise.
The cover of the clear album from Pageframes.
More close-up details of the album cover. Unfortunately, I’m not able to show you the content of the album for the privacy sake of my customer. 🙂
That’ll be all for now. Will post more pictures in the upcoming post, I promise. 🙂
P/S ~ EeBing, I usually rotate my Canon 50mm f/1.8II or 28-135mm lens for my portrait pictures, depending on the lighting condition. You can read about the lenses that I owned in this post.
