Life’s on the fast lane

It’s definitely been crazy lately, with so many things going on and I hardly have time to sit down and relax. For the past week, the hub and I have met up with our interior designer who used to renovate our nest when we first got our place 9 years ago. We can’t believe how time flies. It’s been 9 long years since we moved into our very own home. So, we thought it’s time to give our place a new “facelift” with a fresh coat of paint and some minor repair on some lightings and shelves and other stuffs. We’ve also bought some new lightings to brighten up this place. So, we’re really looking forward to start the New Year with a big bang! *laugh*

And the past week has also seen me on a business trip and I returned home just late last night, exhausted and feeling like a ton of rocks weighing on my shoulder. It’s been stressful and I’m not liking the current situation. Been thinking hard if I should move on and take it easy. I’m in no great shape to handle such load like I used to. And at 37 turning 38 in a couple of months, I am in need of a break. What I really mean is a break from not working. I’m thinking hard whether this should be a good decision but the hub is definitely supportive. Any time that I wanna call it a day, I am always welcome to do so.

Anyway, I’m just so very glad that I’ll be going on vacation this Saturday and will be spending some quality time with my family for at least 10days away from work! Yipeee!! I’ve waited for this long deserved break for the longest time and I’m really looking forward to it.:)

Another good news I wanna share here is that, I’ve finally got my 1st item on my wish list fulfilled!! After many years of longing for a MacBook, I’ve finally migrated from PC to a MacBook Pro! I’m still trying to get the hang of the new platform but I’m loving it so far! Thank you so much darling for the lovely gift!! Love ya tons!!:D

So, before I leave you, just to share a page that I created for the Prima 12 days of Christmas around the world posting in December by all the DT girls. It’s been a fabulous month where all the DT girls shared their Christmas tradition in their country they live in! You can read my post here.

I’ll be back from my vacation on Christmas eve.

So, here I am wishing everyone a Wonderful & Blessed Christmas and Happy Holidays!!:)
