Project Life | Week 33
Hey, I’m back again! So soon huh? 😉
It’s been 3 weeks since I last updated my Project Life spread, I have a lot to catch up. Now that I’m settling down nicely after all the traveling, I’m ready to play catch up. We’re at the end of Week 37 as of this weekend, so I’m about 4 weeks behind. I’m not the least worried at all because I know I’ll be up to date soon at my own pace. All I can say is that I’m still loving this project. After 33 weeks, I’m definitely going to continue what I’ve been doing, enjoying every bit of of recording the every day with a big fat smile on my face. I wasn’t sure I could say the same about last year but it’s ok. I learned from my last year’s process and make it better this year. As time goes, it gets better each day. So, the whole process of documenting comes together at ease, without worrying one bit if I’m too far behind or whether I could catch up.
I have a lot to thank for with the availability of Project Life kits that allow us to record our memories without much fuss. With coordinated cards and embellishments, I can now easily complete my page within an hour or two. It’s pretty amazing right that we don’t have to crack our head too much what papers and embellishments to match or if the colors coordinate etc.
So, here’s one of my all time favorites, the Midnight core kit from Becky Higgins, designed by Liz Tamanaha. I’ve been using this kit for the past few months and I’m still loving it so much! They’re so clean, simple and easy to use. Not too much of busy background you know. I like it as plain as possible so my pictures stand up, which is the main focus of my spread.
Here’s a closer look of my pages.
I hope you’re still enjoying yourself with your Project Life as much as I do. If you’re stuck or feeling mojo-less, just step away from it and come back again later. Go and do whatever you feel and want to do, and once you’re back, you’ll be re-energized and ready to move on again. Take it easy alright? 🙂
Thanks again for taking time to drop by my blog and for all your lovely messages. Have a fabulous day!
