Project Life | 2015 Title Page
I decided to work on my 2015 Project Life title page even though I have about 7 weeks of my 2014 spreads to catch up. My plan is to work on 2015 and catch up on Nov and Dec pages concurrently. If I don’t do this, then my PL will fall behind even more. So, this will be my best option to move forward at the same pace.
My title page protector is actually from WRMK 12×12 Protector with 9 4″x4″ pockets. I trimmed off the last 3 pockets and the page becomes 2/3 of the full 12×12. The reason why I cut off 1/3 of the page – I figured Week 1 would be a short week because I documented from 1st to 4th January. So, the back of this title page and another 12×12 page would be sufficient to document the week.
I chose two photos of me and boys that was taken last year and converted to B&W. I filled the photos randomly on the page protector and the rest are journal cards for the rest of the pockets.
Just before the new year started, I told myself I need to use all my existing PL stash as much as I can. I have a lot of leftover stash acummulated during my DT term with Studio Calico the past two years. So, I’m determined to use them up this year.
The overall theme of this page is B&W, grey with a pop of pink from Amy Tangerine Plus One Bits Die-cut Tags.
The wood veneer number are from 2013 December Daily Kit by Ali Edwards and number ‘3’ gold chipboard are from AC Thickers.
I’ll be sharing my Week 1 spread that I’ve completed soon. I hope you’ve started your Project Life.
